In-Home Services

Senior Companions
CoAction’s Senior Companion Program pairs older adults with friendly volunteers who provide companionship and a helping hand. In addition to social visits, Senior Companions can assist with light tasks like meal prep, exercise, respite care, and rides to appointments. Learn how this supportive peer-to-peer program can benefit you or someone you care about.

At CoAction, we understand a Dementia diagnosis can be hard to manage. We can connect you with both in-person or virtual support groups for both caregivers and People Living with Dementia (PLWD) alike.

Health and Wellness for Older Adults
CoAction offers interactive workshops that equip older adults and caregivers with tools to stay healthy, independent, and informed. From managing chronic conditions to fall prevention to caregiving strategies and healthy lifestyle habits, these sessions help promote wellness, confidence, and connection among older adults.

Nutrition for Seniors
CoAction’s Senior Nutrition Program supports adults 60 and older with nutritious meals, education, and counseling—whether through home delivery or community dining. Serving over 300,000 meals annually, this program helps thousands of older adults stay healthy and nourished. Find a local Senior Center Meal Site or request more information about home-delivered meals.
CoAction serves Lake, Porter, Jasper, Newton, Starke, and Pulaski counties with Congregate Meal Sites in each area. Visit one of the locations below for a healthy meal and social connection!
